Hi Dorothy,

Most of my clients are up for all kinds of things, but I always aim to fit the ideas with the people who will enjoy them. I never want to force anyone to do something just because I think it’s cool; I want it to be something that they think is cool.

And I’m really, really careful with my clients. I take far more risks with myself than I would have them do. These things look riskier than they really are. ;)

I would be a nervous wreck, imagining the Bride catching on fire or falling off of the ladder and twisting an ankle, thereby ruining her 'big day'. Is this something the average bride in your area wants to do or only the select few who are brave and willing? At what point do you feel as though you've pushed it as far as it can go? Why don’t I save this sort of thing for bridal portraits? Well, two reasons. One is that very few people in my area choose to have bridal portraits or TTD sessions. But the second reason is really the main one: I enjoy doing it. I particularly like the challenge of pulling off something complicated on a wedding day without slowing the day down.
