Shooting in church

Hi Everyone , I need a little help I did a couple of wedding this year and Im still having problems when shooting in a church. 1st image flash was Bounced on TTL Comp 0.0 Ambient Exposure 3200 IS0 f3.5 at 1/125 Nikon D3s w 70-200mm F2.8 + SB-900 Flash

Second Image was flash was Bounced on Manual 1/2 Power Ambient Exposure 3200 IS0 f4 at 1/250 Nikon D3s w 70-200mm F2.8 + SB-900 Flash

On both It looks like the Flash Did not register.

Any help to improve would be helpful.
