Sue Bryce, a boudoir photographer who shot to prominence with a series of video tutorials on boudoir photography on Creative Live,
just had her Facebook profile yanked from under her.
First she was a victim of someone creating a fake profile of her, and then either that miscreant reported her FB profile as doing business, or someone else did.
No right of reply. Nothing. And just like that her FB presence has changed and she has to work with just a Business page. Not so bad in itself perhaps, but other photographers have reported being banned from running a business page because of (slight) nudity in the images posted.
This all just shows again that we as photographers can not rely heavily on Facebook as our only way of marketing our business.
