This one stretch of white-washed wall was particularly bland &#8230; but then I noticed small splashes of light &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/neilvn.com\/tangents\/images\/models\/kerri\/NV3_1449-900.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/neilvn.com\/tangents\/images\/models\/kerri\/NV3_1449.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The sunlight reflecting off the windows on the opposite wall, was throwing interesting rectangular patterns on the white wall.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/neilvn.com\/tangents\/images\/models\/kerri\/NV3_1372-900.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/neilvn.com\/tangents\/images\/models\/kerri\/NV3_1372.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I decided to position Kerri in one of those splashes of light. \u00a0This immediately created a much bolder image.\u00a0The near mono-chromatic tones of the wall and the dress, now draws attention to the areas with color &#8211; her arms, shoulders and face.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, I often look for interesting available light. \u00a0But what if you can&#8217;t find available light that is interesting or dramatic?
