Portrait Photographer (NJ / NYC)
I’m a portrait photographer based in Wayne, NJ and I have a photography studio in Fairfield, NJ. I serve the northern New Jersey areas of Wayne, Clifton, Montclair, Morristown, Paramus, Franklin Lakes and Oakland.
Portrait photography that captures something essential about you, in a style that feels natural and spontaneous. We want personality to show in the photographs. My style in portrait photography is artistic and cinematic. We can shoot out on location or in my studio. If you have a look at my portfolio (via the menu at the top), you will see that I am just as familiar with both on-location portraits and studio photography. It’ll be fun!
I also accept editorial and commercial work, and will also shoot for your portfolio. I’ve worked with fashion bloggers and designers, shooting for their portfolios. However, if you need a more traditional kind of portraiture however, we can definitely accommodate you as well.
We can work with a more stylized brief, where the photo session is controlled, and we make sure the posing is perfect. My studio is also perfect for catalog fashion photo sessions. Or we can shoot in a more spontaneous and energetic way. We can aim for a specific mood or feel, and adjust the way that the light and the location (or studio) is used, to help match your ideas.

I offer headshot photography as well, and I would love to create memorable portraits of your family. When photographing kids, even in the studio, I aim towards a natural expression. I want your child’s real personality to shine through. Perhaps slightly dramatic. Photographs of your child. Quiet, slightly enigmatic portraits of your child. No pressure. They don’t have to smile. Just be relaxed. We don’t want the cheeeeese. Besides, us stylish people say “lamborghiniiiiiii”.
My studio is in Fairfield, NJ – I’m therefore available for photography to a wide circle of towns nearby – Wayne, Clifton, Franklin Lakes, Oakland, Bloomfield, Montclair. You know, that entire area in Passaic and Bergen counties in northern NJ.
