camera bags & cases

I predominantly use Think Tank camera bags and roller cases – all the way from smaller shoulder bags to the large production roller cases that hold lighting gear. Here are my favorite bags and roller cases:

Retrospective 20  (B&H / Amazon)

This is my carry-everywhere shoulder bag. It might even have a small mirrorless camera in it. I sling it across (and over) my shoulders and then the broad strap is quite comfortable.

Airport International V3.0  (B&H / Amazon)

This is my main camera case that I use whether I am flying or not. It is sturdy, and I know my equipment will be safe.

Airport Navigator  (B&H / Amazon)

I love this smaller roller case so much that I own two of them. What I did though, was strip out the dividers inside. One of them has two of my B1 flashes inside with all the spare batteries. The other one I use a variety of ways since without the dividers, I am not limited to a specific piece of gear per slot.

Production Manager 40  (B&H / Amazon)

This large roller case is perfect for taking up to 4 Profoto D1 or Profoto B1 heads to a photo shoot. This is what I use when I cart my lighting gear to on-location headshots. More about the logistics of a headshots session: Photo gear & logistics: Corporate headshots.
