Ipad Sandisk Eye fi

Hi, new to this but thought I'd share what I do with the above. I use a Nikon D600 which has twin SD card slots, I shoot RAW in one and jpeg in the other. However the 2nd slot has a 8GB Sandisk Eye fi card thats transmits the jpeg direct to my iPad within a few seconds.

This means wherever I am I can see my jpeg image at a good size to review the image(s) as I shoot. It does not need a wifi network so I can do this on location as it is direct.

You can do this to most wifi enable devices I believe such as your laptop etc.

Naturally it depends on the type of shoot, but it does have it's advantages.

Happy Easter!
