Beauty Dish for Speedlites / Speedlights AND Monolights

Any recommendations for a beauty dish that can be used with both Canon 600ex speedlites and studio monolights?  I am considering the Einstein strobe to add to my 600ex gear.

Also, what is the best size to start with?  I am gathering 22"

I am considering the LumoPro speedlight (and strobe-compatible) beauty dish or the Impact dish via B&H.

I use Elinchrom 17 and the 27 inch beauty dishes. Love em, hate to travel with em. I also have the Rapid Box http://www.fjwestcott.com/light-modifiers/rapid-box from Wescott. This thing sets up very very fast, is light and is a wonderful modifier.

I used to use the kacey dish with a twin speedlight bracket, IMO was/is the best beauty dish you can get for speedlights, although a touch pricey I admit.

And there are also inexpensive but good Beautydishes from Walimex and Jinbei available, utilizing the Bowens adapter.
And if you want to put a speedlite inside one of these things, all you need is something like this:
